Adam has spent his professional career working for change. Previous to The Big Colab, he has been Assistant Director of the Elfrida Society, working to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities and Chair of the Board of Trustees for Key Changes, delivering therapeutic music services to people living with serious mental health problems. Adam has a passion for managing people and project management and is a successful fundraising guru, particularly with large institutional funders.
His early professional career was spent investigating society’s relationship with animals, exposing the reality of animal circuses, fur farms and the illegal trade in endangered species and using the resultant films to educate, lobby and campaign. Adam is passionate about equality of opportunity and firmly believes that, by working together, we can realise the potential and the possibilities for us all.
